- with angina pectoris at 50 mg per day (the dose may increase to 100 mg);

- in case of heart rhythm disturbance, 50 mg is also taken;

- with migraine - 200 mg once a day;

- with arterial hypertension, 50 mg per day is prescribed (however, the dose may also increase).

Drug overdose

With abuse of the drug appear:

- nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fainting;

- bradycardia, arrhythmia, arterial hypotension;

- bronchospasm;

- a severe overdose can lead to cardiogenic shock, coma and cardiac arrest.

In case of an overdose, urgent gastric lavage, the use of adsorbents and symptomatic treatment of the patient are necessary.

Interaction with other medicines

You should not take Egiloc Retard with drugs such as MAO inhibitors, Verapamil, Nitroglycerin, diuretics, antihypertensives, reserpine, antiarrhythmic drugs, cocaine, theophylline, various NSAIDs, sleeping pills and antidepressants, insulin, allergens, alkaloids .
