A simple pancake recipe for a hospitable hostess

  • 250 grams of flour;
  • a glass of milk;
  • a pair of eggs;

Pour flour into a bowl. In the middle, make a small deepening and, slowly, gradually pour half a glass of milk into it and immediately stir the mass with a spoon. If you donโ€™t have milk at hand, you can easily replace it with water. Then the most important thing: knead the dough thoroughly so that there is not a single lump. Then you can add the milk that remains, beaten eggs, sugar and salt. The dough should look like sour cream. To make pancakes easily baked, you need to let the dough stand for two hours. The pan should be smooth, without bulges, otherwise it will affect the baking of pancakes. Prepare a little sunflower oil in a bowl, peel the potatoes and cut it in half. Then chop the half on the fork and thus lubricate the pan with oil. The pan should be well heated, after which it is necessary to pour the dough on the edge and tilt the pan so that it evenly covers the entire bottom with a thin layer. As soon as one side of the pancake has acquired a golden color, it needs to be turned over. You can use pancakes with milk, sour cream, ghee, as well as jam. It looks like a very simple pancake recipe.

Each housewife makes adjustments to pancake recipes. But generally accepted is a simple recipe for pancakes in milk.

  • premium flour - two glasses;
  • milk - half a liter;
  • three eggs;
  • sugar (to taste)

  • vegetable oil.
