  • 50 g of ginger;
  • 100 ml apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. l wheat flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l starch and ketchup;

Washed and peeled peppers are chopped into thin strips and fried in a greased pan. At the next stage, tomatoes, ginger and pineapple are added to it.   • 800 g of chicken;

  • 20 g of wheat flour;
  • 60 ml of soy sauce;
  • 60 ml of drinking water;
  • 60 ml of wine vinegar (3%);
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 piece of ginger root 3-4 cm long;
  • sesame, vegetable oil and red pepper.

Wine vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, crushed garlic and flour are combined in a deep bowl. Red pepper and strips of chicken are sent there. About thirty minutes later, the marinated fillet is dried and fried in hot oil, and then transferred to a clean plate. In the vacant skillet, the eggplant slices are browned and then poured with water and stewed until the liquid evaporates. At the final stage, the little blue ones are supplemented with chicken pieces and the sauce in which they were pickled. All this is heated on low heat for no longer than fifteen minutes from the moment of boiling and sprinkled with sesame.

With apples

Breast in sweet and sour sauce in Chinese, made according to the method described below, has a pleasant taste and light aroma. It harmoniously combines with many cereal side dishes and will help diversify the familiar menu. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 400 g chicken;
  • 200 g of sour apples;
  • 20 g of tomato paste;
  • 20 g of honey;
  • 20 g mustard;
