Mushroom caviar for the winter: a recipe for a dish of mushrooms and tomatoes
For this recipe you need:
- fresh mushrooms (you can take only hats, or you can take it with your legs) - about 1.5 kg;
- large carrots;
- large onion;
- large fresh tomato;
- salt and pepper;
- garlic - a pair of cloves;
- vegetable oil - 1 cup (about 200 ml).

- carrots weighing 300 grams;
- a glass of vegetable oil;
- cloves, salt, sweet peas, vinegar if desired;
- hot pepper, favorite spices.

Peel the onion, cut it into pieces. In preheated oil, spasser the product. Peel and chop carrots. Add to the onion. Peel the chanterelles, chop, boil in salt water with spices.
