Soviet cinema attracts with its images, uncomplicated stories, beautiful actors. One of these artists was Nadir Malishevsky. His main work was related to the theater, but such an appearance could not pass by the cinema. What was the artist interested in besides the embodiment of diverse images? What caused his early death?

Nadir Malishevsky was born on 05.23.1918 in Yelets. Mother, Olga Mikhailovna Halina, was an actress. Father, Mikhail Petrovich Malishevsky, was listed as a researcher, loved oriental wisdom. He gave all the children unusual names - Nadir, Zenith, Chang.

Life before the war

At seventeen, Nadir Malishevsky graduated from high school and began his career: first as an electrician, then as an employee at a car factory. There he began to attend the theater club, which was led by Tairov. The young man understood what he wanted to do.

At nineteen, he passed entrance exams and was enrolled in a theater school, which operated at the Vakhtangov Theater. Today this educational institution is named after Shchukin. In school, he met with Vladimir Kolchin. They became colleagues and friends for life.

In 1941, Nadir Malishevsky graduated from college. Then the war began. In August, he was called up for service in the ranks of the Red Army. Malishevsky was trained at the Podolsk artillery school, which was evacuated to Bukhara. After that, he was sent to the army. Nothing is known about his service, but in 1943 he was wounded. After a course of treatment at the hospital, he was demobilized. For several months he served as an artist of the Belarusian Front Theater.

In 1944, Malishevsky returned to his native theater, where he worked all his life. On stage, he proved to be a diverse artist. Thanks to external data (tall, handsome), he embodied romantic and lyrical images. Sometimes he got more dramatic and meaningful roles.

Actor Nadir Malishevsky began acting in films at the age of twenty-two. Basically, he played the role of lyrical heroes. The audience was especially remembered in the image of the head of the shipping company Lednev from Annensky's painting “Catherine Voronina,” which was released in 1957. The actor played a decisive person, endowed with nobility and firm convictions. In the movie he has more than twenty works. These were mainly supporting roles and filming in episodes.

The artist left the theater many wonderful moments thanks to a collection of photographs. They depict scenes from productions, rehearsals, moments of backstage and tours.

Actor Nadir Malishevsky, whose biography is associated with the Vakhtangov Theater, was very popular among the fair sex. But officially, he was married only once. Cleopatra Sergeevna Alperova became his companion.

The wife was six years older than her husband, worked as a second director at a film studio. The marriage could not be called happy, because in their relationship Cleopatra Sergeevna sought to dominate. She kept Malishevsky under strict control, which could not but burden the man. The couple broke up in the early seventies of the twentieth century.

Nadir Mikhailovich met his love in the clinic at the theater. With his new wife, he lived in a civil marriage until the end of his days.

In the only official marriage, Malishevsky had a son, Sergei. It happened in 1950. He followed in the footsteps of his parents, worked as a film actor and dubbing actor. Unfortunately, he died in 2000. He lived fifty years. Sergei Nadirovich can be recalled by the voice of the sultan from "Angelica and the Sultan", Wilhuff Tarkin from "Star Wars" (1977).

Last years

Actor Nadir Malishevsky, whose photo could often be seen in the Soviet press, was a cheerful and good-natured person. He loved to invite his colleagues on stage and treat them with home-made food. The actor loved to eat, while preferring a sedentary lifestyle. Gradually, this led to weight gain, which began to undermine health.

In recent years, Malishevsky was difficult to move around. Therefore, even for making purchases in the nearest stores, he used his own car.

A similar lifestyle led to a heart attack and death of the actor. It happened on December 6, 1977. He was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery.
