Beat eggs with a whisk, salt and season, add chopped greens and beat again. We heat the pan, melt a small piece of butter on it, or pour a little vegetable. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, evenly distribute throughout the bottom. We don’t cover with a lid, you need to get a thin egg pancake. As soon as the edges become red, turn over with a spatula and bring to readiness. Without cooling the pancake, we spread it with paste, sprinkle with grated cheese (you can use a soft sandwich).
