Dosage regimen

However, this applies only to adult patients. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to take the drug. Contraindications
Like any medicine, Affida Fort is contraindicated in those patients who are hypersensitive to its main active ingredient (nimesulide) or to auxiliary components. You can not take medication for those who have a history of increased sensitivity to the use of acetylsalicylic acid, manifested in bronchospasm, urticaria, rhinitis.

The circulatory and lymphatic systems can respond to anemia, and in rare cases, thrombocytopenia or pancytopenia may develop. Exceeding the maximum permissible dose: consequences
In most cases, an excess of the permissible dose is manifested by nausea, vomiting, pain in the epigastric region, drowsiness. In case of taking an unacceptably large dose of the drug, patients should be given supportive and symptomatic treatment. There is currently no specific antidote. There is also no information on the effectiveness of excretion of nimesulide from the body using the hemodialysis procedure. However, given the fact that the degree of binding of the main active component of Affida Fort to proteins is more than 97%, we can conclude that hemodialysis will not give a tangible positive effect. For the same reason, measures such as increased diuresis, alkalization of urine, and hemoperfusion will be ineffective.

The drug has a depressing effect on fertility in women. For this reason, it is not prescribed for women planning to become pregnant. Patients being examined for infertility are also undesirable to prescribe Affida Fort.
