Mannik with dried fruits
As a filling for sweet manna, I suggest using your favorite dried fruits. First, we need to pour a couple of tablespoons of semolina with kefir (4-5 tablespoons). Set this cup aside for a while. In another bowl, beat 4 fresh chicken eggs and mix with cottage cheese (350 grams). Now you can introduce a glass of washed dried fruit and sugar to your taste in cottage cheese (in most cases, adding 100-150 grams is enough). Now you can add semolina and a small spoon of soda or baking powder to the prepared curd mixture . Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and send the dough into it. If we use such a recipe, baking in the slow cooker will be prepared after an hour of languishing in the "Baking" mode. Put the finished yummy on a plate, sprinkle with icing sugar and let it stand for about 20 minutes. During this time, you will have time to brew fragrant tea with which you will serve a tender pie!
A quick recipe for making a honey cake
It’s unlikely that anyone could resist a tender honey cake! Let us and we will defeat our loved ones by presenting them an excellent recipe. Baking in a slow cooker honey is prepared from:
1) flour (3 cups);
2) baking powder (2 small spoons);
3) sugar (1-1.5 cups);
4) liquid honey (5 tablespoons);
5) eggs (5 pieces).
From the list of ingredients, we will first take the eggs. We break them into a cup, beat them a little and pour sugar. Now whisk this mixture thoroughly. Next, stirring the eggs, introduce honey. But you probably haven’t ever tasted or cooked such a yummy. But we will fix it quickly! The recipe "Baking in a slow cooker with oranges" should start with peeling 4 oranges from the peel. We do not throw it out, but pass it through a meat grinder. In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and mix them with granulated sugar (400 grams). Now add 250 grams of butter to this mixture. We won’t drown the oil. Just let it melt slightly and grind with eggs and sugar. Now we can squeeze the juice from the pulp of peeled oranges into the dough. Knead and gradually begin to lay the sifted flour (350 grams). Knead the prepared orange zest into the dough . If desired, you can add a little ground cinnamon and vanillin. Smear the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil and send the aromatic dough into it. We cook a pie for 60 minutes on the Baking program. If you pierce the finished cake with a match and the dough remains on it, leave it in the slow cooker for another 10-20 minutes.
