To cook this famous treat, you will need:

- half a kilogram of shortbread cookies;
- 200 grams of butter of good quality (pay attention to fat content - it should be above 74%);
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l natural cocoa powder;
- half a glass of milk of normal fat content;
- walnuts (optional).

Cookies need to be broken into crumbs, or, faster, chopped with a mixer or in a blender. In a separate bowl, mix soft butter, cocoa, sugar and milk. Then put it all on a slow fire and heat until the mixture becomes homogeneous, but does not boil. Then pour it into the crumbs from the cookies and mix well until the consistency of plasticine. Almost done - just divide the mass into several parts, form the sausages that you want to wrap in cling film, parchment paper or foil, and place in the freezer for at least a few hours to set. Ready dessert can be stored for quite some time. And every time for tea you can get a portion of sausages, cut into round pieces and enjoy a treat familiar from childhood.
