How to learn parkour and become an experienced tracer?

Athletic, brave and fearless guys who move in an unusual way on the streets of cities and in parks no longer surprise anyone, but the excitement from their tricks is also no less. It seems that absolutely all the obstacles that come across in their way, the guys will be able to conquer with unprecedented ease and speed. The current, which originated in France, attracts more and more people from all over the world, and is called "parkour".

How to learn parkour? This question cannot be answered unambiguously precisely, since each experienced tracer - a person who overcomes obstacles in an unusual way - has passed his own path to success. Injuries in this sport are very difficult to avoid, especially at the initial level, so good physical fitness and endurance are the basis for minimizing damage. Of course, you can’t do without hard training.

In order to learn how to learn parkour, you can contact the specialized schools that appear in many cities, or you can get several master classes from experienced specialists in this extremely difficult task. Before you go out to conquer the streets with complex movements, it is better to practice at home.

Try to make a stand on your head and arms, leaning on the wall. Every day you can increase the load by adding new elements to it. After you confidently make a stand, try to do this trick every now and then in one fell swoop. As soon as you feel that your stance has simply turned into a work of art, and you can do it with confidence, proceed to similar exercises, but without using any support. It is worth noting that it is a variety of stances that not only train endurance and strengthen muscles, but are also the main elements of parkour. When the basic skills are acquired, you can safely go to hone your skills in the school of tracers.

And how to learn parkour, if your city does not have such a school? It does not matter, just find a well-equipped sports ground and go ahead to conquer the world. Choose one where there are horizontal bars of different heights and configurations. It is advisable that there are horizontal bars of the β€œladder” type on the sports ground, because you can learn how to walk the distance on your hands by jumping from one bar to another. On lower horizontal bars, you can try to perform an already familiar handstand.

It may seem that this sport is comparable to gymnastics, but it is not. Parkour is separate course of sports entertainment. It is based on the passage of obstacles with the help of clear and coordinated movements.

Parkour workouts also include running, push-ups and pull-ups. Running trains the muscles of the whole body and breathing, push-ups and pull-ups are the muscles of the hands. Gradually, it is also necessary to add a variety of twists through the horizontal bar to the workout. More experienced tracers train to do horizontal heights on their hands.

Overcoming an abyss or different heights of obstacles, remember that during any jump you do not need to land on your heels, as you can seriously damage your ligaments, muscles and even bones, and not only your legs. When making a jump, turn 180 and even 360 degrees, this will help not only to make the stunt more effective, but also safer for your health.

Remember: in order to understand how to learn parkour, you should not look for the nearest fence, landfill or unfinished room at all, and start jumping from them, because apart from injuries you will not earn anything. Start small and easy training, because success does not come to anyone in one day, and any skill requires tremendous effort. Increasing the load daily, you will become a master of parkour, and, perhaps, a coach in the future.
