Fast-made sandwiches are the most affordable category. In the house, bread, butter, cheese with sausage and other not too expensive ingredients will always be found, from which you can make an excellent snack. But seriously, then an ordinary sandwich with sausage can be turned into a real culinary miracle. As a rule, in the explanations for such recipes for sandwiches there is a level of complexity "elementary". And really, what is easier? But such a sandwich is both satisfying and tasty.

  1. Boil 2 hard boiled eggs. Then cool in ice water, clean and cut thin rings across.
  2. We take the bread already chopped (loaf or toaster).
  3. We cut an ordinary boiled dumpling (you can take smoked sausage, the main thing is the quality of the product).
  4. We take processed cheese in a tube, which is easily squeezed out through a hole made with a knife. The main thing is that it should not be a cheese product, but a natural one.
  5. We smear a piece of loaf with the previous ingredient and level it with an even layer (you can use a flat knife or fork).

  1. We spread the parchment on the baking sheet of the oven, and on it pieces of toaster bread so that they do not touch each other.
  2. On the bread we put in its shape a piece of sausage (or several small pieces, you can cut into cubes).
  3. Above are egg circles.
  4. We complete the whole construction with a thin slice of hard cheese - also in the form of a corresponding (but not overlapping) bread product.
  5. We send the pan to the oven. Cook before spreading the cheese. Some people prefer to have a golden brown on the sandwich. Then the cooking time needs to be increased.
  6. Serve hot. It is possible with ketchup or spicy (sweet and sour, other) tomato sauce.

Some of us still remember well how difficult it was to get a jar of sprat for the holiday. It's no secret that sandwiches with sprats in the Soviet era were considered a festive dish. Since then, much has changed in the world. Now this fish can be purchased at any self-respecting store or supermarket. And some housewives even prefer to cook them with their own hands. But such snacks have still not lost their relevance. Conventionally, they can be divided into several categories: cold and hot sandwiches.

For her we take: a jar of sprat, pickled cucumber (or two, if they are small), 100 grams of mayonnaise, 3 eggs, cloves of garlic, a loaf or toast. For decoration we use green olives and fresh herbs.

  3. Grind fresh herbs and add to mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. We spread the loaf with this mass. And on top we put circles of pre-chopped pickled cucumber (you can also pickles from a barrel).
