A breast with potatoes cooked in a multicooker is a delicious everyday dish for which chicken or turkey meat is suitable. You can cook it in different ways: with sour cream, cream, vegetables, mushrooms, beans, cheese. We offer several simple recipes for a breast with potatoes for a multicooker.

Universal

This option is simple. It will require a minimum amount of ingredients.

What do you need:

  • 0.5 kg of chicken breast;
  • two onions;
  • two carrots;
  • 1 kg of potatoes;

  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into blocks or cubes, put in the bowl. Pour in water so that it only covers the contents, close the slow cooker and set the "Extinguishing" mode for 40 minutes.

At the end of the program, open the lid and put the potatoes and breast from the multicooker on plates.

In sour cream

Sour cream sauce makes the potatoes with the breast juicy and tender. The following foods will be required to prepare this dish:

  • three chicken breasts;
  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • 300 g sour cream;
  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • four cloves of garlic;
  • ground black pepper;
  • allspice peas;
  • curry;
  • salt;
  • seasoning for chicken.

  1. Separate breast fillet from bones and skin.
  2. Cut the potatoes into not too small pieces or cubes.

  5. Dip the chicken fillet in sour cream sauce and place in the bowl.
  6. In a sour cream sauce, put the potatoes and mix so that the cubes on all sides are covered with the sauce.
  7. Put the potatoes in a multicooker bowl over the chicken breasts and close the lid.
  8. Set the Baking program for 50 minutes.

With mushrooms

A dish prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. To stew potatoes with breast in a slow cooker with mushrooms, you need to take the following ingredients:

  • six potato tubers;
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet;
  • one onion;
  • 200 g of mushrooms;
  • two tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • salt, ground pepper.

  1. Peel potatoes and onions, rinse and dry chicken meat.

  • 0.5 kg breast fillet;
  • 0.5 kg of potatoes;
  • one onion;
  • small zucchini;
  • Bell pepper;
  • two tomatoes;
  • salt, ground pepper.

  1. Rinse and dry the meat.
  2. Wash and peel the vegetables.

  • one turkey breast (fillet);
  • four tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • four tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt, ground pepper;
  • seasoning for chicken;

  1. Rinse the turkey fillet.
  2. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, put seasoning for chicken, mix. Place the breast fillet in the marinade and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  4. Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl and heat. Put the turkey fillet and lightly fry without a lid.

  • 500 g of chicken breast;
  • 150 g of cheese;
  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • a glass of cream;
  • 20 g of oil;
  • salt, ground pepper.

  • 0.6 kg of potatoes;
  • 150 g of fat;
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet;
  • one onion;
  • salt.
