And in soups, it can be a great addition to strong broths or diet vegetables.

  • one carrot;
  • leek;
  • two potato tubers;

  • 400 grams of chicken;
  • 2.5 liters of water;
  • one ripe tomato;
  • two potato tubers;

  • a tablespoon of adjika;
  • a teaspoon of ground paprika;
  • a third of a glass of couscous;
  • a tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • vegetable oil for frying ingredients;
  • salt and favorite spices to taste.

  • a head of white onion;
  • two hundred grams of champignons;
  • 300 ml of milk;
  • 200 ml cream with a fat content of 20 percent;
  • 150 grams of cereal;
  • vegetable oil.

Prepare this first dish in a slow cooker. To start, pour the cereal into a plate, pour boiling water. Water should cover the groats per centimeter.

Mushrooms are washed, cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut in half rings. Odorless vegetable oil is poured into the multicooker. In the "Frying" mode, brown the onions and mushrooms for ten minutes.

  • 500 ml of broth;
  • one carrot;
  • two onion heads;
  • one hundred grams of couscous;
  • a couple of pinches of sugar;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 150 grams of salted mushrooms;
  • vegetable oil.

Vegetables are peeled, washed with cold water. Cut both ingredients finely. On a small amount of oil, fry the vegetables until soft, add sugar to them, stir.

The broth is heated, brought to a boil. Vegetables are introduced. Cook for about ten minutes. Mushrooms are washed from brine, cut into cubes. Sent along with couscous to the broth. Stir and immediately remove from the stove.

Give the first dish infused under the lid for about five minutes, after being poured into serving plates. In this recipe, salted mushrooms can be added immediately to portioned dishes. Then they will be brighter in taste, but the broth will be less fragrant.
