Salted Cucumber Salad: Recipes

Can't figure out what to cook with pickles? And they have long been standing in the refrigerator, and not finding a use for themselves? Nevertheless, any pickled salad can be a great snack even on the festive table, not to mention everyday life. That is why I would like to highlight a few simple and quick recipes.

Pickled Cucumber Salad with Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • pickled cucumbers - a few pieces;
  • white cabbage - 250 g;
  • pepper, vegetable oil;
  • bay leaf.

For refueling (per 1 liter):

  • water - 1 l;
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - 1 tablespoon.

First, prepare a dressing. Dissolve salt and sugar in boiling water. Then we filter. The beauty is that such a dish can be stored for a long time. Thus, at your fingertips you will always have a delicious ready-made salad of pickles.

We cut the cucumbers into strips, shred the cabbage. You can also add chopped carrots and apples if desired. We combine all the vegetables and put in a jar, then fill with brine (the amount of the whole filling should be no more than a liter). After that, close the jar with a lid for 12 minutes. Then it needs to be corked and turned upside down, cool.

Salted Cucumber Salad with Cheese

Ingredients:

  • pickled cucumbers - a few pieces (3-4);
  • carrots - a few pieces;
  • cheese - 300 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt

You need to chop the cucumbers and cheese into strips. Boil carrots and chop. Mix everything, then season with mayonnaise.

Pickled Cucumbers in Oil

Another simple and easy way to serve pickled cucumbers to the table. Ingredients:

  • vegetable oil;
  • greens;
  • pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs.;
  • seasoning to taste.

Cucumbers must be peeled and seeds removed, if any. Cut into small pieces and squeeze a little. Finely chop the onion and mix in the cucumbers. Fill all this with oil, sprinkle with herbs and pepper.

Salted Cucumber Salad with Crab Sticks

Ingredients:

  • pickled cucumbers - a few pieces;
  • crab sticks - 150 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - a couple of pieces;
  • canned corn - half a can;
  • parsley, mayonnaise

Boil the eggs, then cool and chop, just like onions. Then chop the crab sticks and cucumbers. Combine all ingredients, add canned corn, mayonnaise, herbs and mix.

Pea Salad with Pickles

Just like the previous recipes for salads with pickles, this one is quite simple. So, for its preparation you need the following ingredients:

  • peas - 1 cup;
  • pickled cucumbers - a few pieces;
  • onion - a few pieces;
  • vegetable oil;
  • pepper, salt, herbs.

Initially, it is necessary to boil and cool the peas. Before cooking it is better to soak it for a while, so that it is softer. Finely chop the onion.

Then peel the cucumbers, seeds and cut. To them add peas, onions, and then season with oil and salt. Mix thoroughly and put on a dish. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top.

Ham and Rice Salted Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • ham (you can take sausage) - 300 g;
  • rice - a glass;
  • pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs.;
  • green onion;
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon;
  • pepper, salt

First you need to wash the green onions, dry and cut into small rings. Then set aside 1 tablespoon of onion to sprinkle the finished salad.

Dice cucumbers and ham. Boil rice, cool, then mix with meat and chilled rice. After that, salt everything and add pepper to taste.

Then proceed to the preparation of salad dressings. To do this, beat vegetable oil with lemon juice and mustard. Pour the mixture evenly over the salad. Sprinkle with green onions.

As you can see, a salad of pickles and ham with rice is not so difficult to prepare, but it turns out to be very tasty. Instead of serving ordinary cucumbers, please your loved ones with a new dish.
