In addition to a whole can of condensed milk (400 grams), for the test you will need two eggs, a baking powder and a full glass of flour (with a small hill). Five hundred grams of cream, half a glass of powdered sugar and a pack of mixture for making vanilla pudding will go into the cream. Icing can be taken ready and melt it before applying to the cake, or you can make it yourself from one hundred and fifty grams of chocolate with a high cocoa content, seventy grams of cream and two tablespoons of butter.
First, beat the eggs, previously laid at room temperature for about an hour, with condensed milk. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to the liquid mixture. The dough will look like a muffin or a little thicker. No need to add flour.
Now you need to bake five or six cakes. This is more convenient to do on parchment paper. Cut out circles of twenty six centimeters in diameter, put two tablespoons of dough on each and smear it. The cake will be thin enough. Make sure that the dough does not spill out of the paper circle - for this it is better to immediately place circles on baking sheets. Each cake to bake for about five minutes until a golden hue. Remove from parchment while they are still warm, otherwise then it will be impossible. The paper can be reused if you managed to remove the cake without damaging it.
