We are all used to believe that cooking Chinese noodles is a simple matter, took a bag and filled it with boiling water. However, there are much more interesting ways.

Chinese noodles are a delicious product. Recently, this dish has become very popular, which is served in Chinese fast-food restaurants: noodles mixed with pieces of chicken meat, soaked in a small amount of water and abundantly sprinkled with chopped herbs. Moreover, one can say, the soul of such dishes (as there are small variations of the recipe) are special Chinese spices. They give that unique taste for which they love this noodle. To help you better understand how to cook Chinese noodles, the following is an example of a recipe.

To make regular Chinese noodles you will need:

- 6 shiitake mushrooms;

- 2 chicken breasts;

- 350 grams of Chinese noodles;

- 170 grams of cherry tomatoes;

- 1 onion medium;

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter ;

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;

- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar;

- 1 teaspoon corn starch;

- 1 teaspoon of salt;

- 20 milliliters of water.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Chicken fillet is very thinly cut and mixed with the resulting marinade. Then leave for 20 minutes. The marinade that remains after this period of time is drained into some dishes. Fry the pickled chicken in oil with mushrooms and pre-chopped onions. You need to fry for about 3 minutes. Then add cherry tomatoes with the remaining marinade and fry for another 5 minutes. Dilute the starch in water and pour in. Boil Chinese noodles in salted water separately. Put the cooked noodles in a deep bowl, and pour the chicken sauce on top. Garnish with greens on top. That’s all, we got the usual Chinese noodles. The recipe is simple, but no less tasty. Not at all that simple noodles from a shopping bag, okay?

But you may have this question: how else to cook Chinese noodles? Perhaps it is possible to do anything else with it, except cooking? Or are there any other kinds of noodles? And you will be right. For example, there are recipes where, instead of plain noodles, "glass", the so-called funchose, is used. It differs from the usual one in that it is very, very thin, and therefore as if transparent. In appearance, it resembles very long spaghetti, that is, another difference from ordinary noodles is its length. You can buy funchose in specialized stores of Korean or Chinese cuisine.

Funchozo must be dipped in boiling water, in which all the necessary spices are thrown in advance. It should be boiled until it becomes translucent. As a rule, this takes no more than 10 minutes. When this time comes out, you need to throw the noodles into a colander and drain the water. Then it must be washed additionally with cold water. The funchosis itself is ready. If it seems too long to you, which, you see, is also not very convenient, it can be cut into shorter parts using simple kitchen scissors. That's all, the Chinese glass noodles are ready. The recipe for cooking is simple, as you can see, but with what it is, you can come up with.

Such noodles are ideal for salads (best of all - prepared based on seafood) or snacks. As an addition to it, you can use hot carrot salad or asparagus.

Here is another way to cook Chinese noodles. To begin, pour it into a pan with oil and fry until a small crust. It is important not to overdo it so that the noodles do not burn. Then you need to fill with water so that there is no excess left - from a ratio of 1 to 2. Warm over medium heat until all the water has been absorbed. Then salt and add spices - such as you like. And nearby you can fry a couple of eggs. This is a very quick and easy dish. True, noodles to their taste become completely different from themselves, therefore, such a dish is like an amateur.
