Someone loves Mark Zakharov, someone Alexei Tolstoy, and someone just good films. In a word, an article is dedicated to everyone who is somehow familiar with Soviet cinema. We are interested in famous actors today. āFormula of loveā is a funny and at the same time sad musical story about adventurism, worldly practicality and the all-conquering power of love.
The image of Count Cagliostro
The historical character is a controversial figure. The main actor, Nodar Mgaloblishvili , managed to create a dual image of Cagliostro. On the one hand, he is a clever businessman, a crook and a magician, and on the other hand, he clearly has some abilities.
The plot is built on a visit to Cagliostro Russia. Having made a noisy show in St. Petersburg, hiding from law enforcers, he "gets stuck" near Smolensk. For the presentation of the plot, it is important that a girl, Maria Ivanovna (Elena Valyushkina), the daughter of a landowner, who suddenly fell ill, sets off together with him and his retinue to the Russian countryside. The young woman was needed by the count to heal her father through an "astral connection." In fact, the Count wants, using Masha as an object, to conduct a bold experiment: to derive the formula of love. Admittedly, wonderful actors embodied the process of Cagliostro experience. Love Formula is a great movie.
Retinue of the count
Now we turn to those who hilariously portrayed on the screen the servants of Cagliostro, his retinue. It is difficult to single out one, for everyone: both Alexander Abdulov (Jacob), and Simon Farada (Margadon), and Elena Aminova (Lorentz) were inimitable.
Grigory Gorin (screenwriter of the film) managed to show the primary robbers, but at the same time nice and good people who are not alien to anything human. While the count is experimenting with the feelings of a young lady, he does not even suspect that right at his side the very feeling that he wants to receive artificially ripens naturally. Simply put, his assistant is in love with him, apparently for a long time and hopelessly, because the "sorcerer" is only interested in the possibilities of reason and the limits of knowledge.
We move further, approaching the main problem of the film. The actors (āFormula of Loveā, directed by Mark Zakharov) played the story of the love triangle āMasha-Cagliostro-Fedyashevā perfectly.
Imaginary love and real love
A landowner from the hinterland - Alexei Alekseevich Fedyashev (played by Alexander Mikhailov) fell in love with a statue. Do not rush to laugh, he is very young, lives only in poetry and breathes exclusively in the air of fiction. And suddenly the young man saw a statue in the park and realized: here it is - embodied femininity and beauty. Upon learning that a āmaster of secret forcesā was located not far from him, he rushed towards him.
At first, Cagliostro refused to help the guy, but then Maria Ivanovna herself asked him, saying: "Can't you see, he really is in love." The count, probably believing that this act will allow him to take possession of the girlās heart, is inferior to her request. Insidious is very Cagliostro. "Formula of Love", on the contrary, the film is pretty sweet.
It is easy to assume what happens next. There is a long preparation for the āmaterialization of sensory ideasā, in other words, the revival of the statue - Praskovya. Moreover, the count is constantly preparing a move for himself to retreat and convinces the young landowner: "The embodied girl may not correspond to your ideas about female beauty." But the landowner is adamant.
The young man does not know that in this focus the role of Galatea should be played by the assistant to the count - Lorentz. It is worth seeing the masterpiece "Formula of Love." The film is remarkable, at least in the image of Cagliostro.
But the closer the climax is the fact of materialization, the more Fedyashev is imbued with passionate feelings for the living and real Maria Ivanovna, the involuntarily compulsory companion of Cagliostro. The film brought together a brilliant staff, all the actors form a harmonious unity, and all because the talented actors in it. āFormula of Loveā is a cult film for the Soviet and Russian viewers.
Supporting Actors
"Star" actors also represent supporting roles, each of which has its own function in the film:
- Aunt Aleksey (Tatyana Ivanovna Peltser) is a healthy everyday sanity, as a natural counterbalance to the nephew's dreaminess and āairinessā, who is about to lose touch with the earth and fly away to endless distances.
- The doctor (Leonid Sergeevich Bronevoy) is a skeptic. He, in principle, does not believe in miracles and the otherworldly and finds a plausible explanation for everything (even the most incredible).
A characteristic feature (very pleasant for the viewer) of the work āFormula of Loveā (film) is that even in minor roles significant actors are involved in it.
Immortal dialogues of Gregory Gorin
It always happens that a creature survives its creator. Unfortunately, for 15 years we have not had a wonderful writer, author of funny and a little sad dialogues, which are considered in this article of a movie. Grigory Gorin died when he was only 60 years old, nevertheless, his works continue to delight both readers and viewers.
When people remember the movie āFormula of Loveā, quotes are the first thing that comes to mind. However, there are so many of them that fans of the works of Zakharov or Gorin believe that it is impossible to pull a single thread from the wonderful, variegated textual cover.
The whole film is one big quote, and it can be reviewed endlessly, paying attention primarily to the arguments of Cagliostro. You can, for example, do not hesitate to laugh at the phrase: "There are still people who care about education." And of course, the song āUno Momentoā conquered everyone.
