To prepare this dish, you will need the following products:
- minced meat - 800 grams;
- cottage cheese - 450 grams;
- egg - 1 pc;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt;
- pepper.
Step-by-step instruction:
- defrost minced meat, drive an egg into it, add salt and pepper;
- mix with wet hands until smooth;
- shift the cottage cheese into a separate bowl, squeeze the garlic juice and knead with a fork;
- grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and preheat the oven to 180 degrees;
- make small balls from minced meat, squeeze a depression in the middle and put the stuffing from cottage cheese;

Cheesecakes with mushrooms and minced meat
Ingredients:
- pork - 300 grams;
- veal - 500 grams;
- medium onion - 1 pc;
- salt;
- pepper;
- egg - 2 pcs.
First of all, we should knead the so-called "dough" from minced meat. Wash pork and veal, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. We peel the onion from the husk, cut into small cubes and add to the stuffing. In a glass, beat the eggs, salt, pepper and combine all the products. Mix with wet hands and sculpt small balls from the “dough”.
How to cook the filling?
For the filling for meat cheesecakes with mushrooms you will need:
- champignons - 350 grams;
- onion - 1 pc;
- water - 150 ml;
- sour cream - 50 grams;
- wheat flour - 50 grams;
- salt;
- pepper.
Cooking process:
- wash the mushrooms and cut them into four parts;
- chop the onion, fry it in sunflower oil until golden;
- add mushrooms to the pan, salt, pepper and fry for 6-8 minutes;
- in a separate bowl, mix sour cream with flour, pour water and mix thoroughly;
- pour the sauce to the mushrooms, stir with a spatula and simmer until thickened;
- remove the pan from the heat and let the filling cool.
