In 1950, December 13, in the family of the director of the house of culture and the teacher, a girl was born, who was named Lyudmila. Her father, Peter Senchin, was so worried about the future of his daughter that he even made sure that she retired several years earlier than expected. He wrote down the year of her birth in 1948, and even changed the date - January 13. Therefore, the artist has since celebrated her birthday twice. From an early age, the girl loved to sing and dance and was extremely artistic. Unfortunately, she could not develop her abilities before graduation, since in the small village of Kudryavtsi, where the Senchins lived then, there was not even a music school. Having received a certificate of secondary education, Lyudmila Petrovna went to Leningrad and entered the music college the first time, thereby taking the first step towards her childhood dream of becoming an artist.

In 1970, when the future artist graduated from college, received a theoretical base and gained some practical experience working on stage, she got a job at the Musical Comedy Theater in Leningrad. There was an intensive growth of Lyudmila Senchina as a singer, for five years she managed to participate in many operettas and decide on her stage image. In 1970, viewers saw her for the first time the way she was remembered and loved for many years: a sweet, lovely girl who voiced her voice in a gentle voice of amazing purity.
