Oddly enough it sounds, but many goodies are surprisingly light and simple to perform. We’ll talk about such a cake, the preparation of which takes just nothing.
"Minute" from the pan

Yes, the topic of our article is the “Minute” cake. In a pan, and not in the oven, it takes about a minute or two to cook each cake. Hence the secret of the name of the dish. What do we need? For the test - naturally, flour - 3 cups (you will look by consistency), a can of condensed milk (no need to cook), 1-2 eggs, a teaspoon of soda, slaked vinegar or wine, or the same amount of baking powder. And milk to soften the cakes. The Minute cake is missed with custard, but more about it later. After mixing all the ingredients, knead the dough - soft, elastic, not sticky to the hands. If necessary, add one of the components. Immediately a rational proposal: pour a couple of tablespoons of table liquor or cognac, rum into condensed milk - the dough will turn out tastier. Roll it into a ball, leave it covered for 10 minutes to stand, “rest”. Then divide into 6-8 parts, roll each into a round layer about half a centimeter thick, chop with a fork in several places and bake in a dry, fat-free skillet. Turn over quickly so that your Minute cake is not burnt. When the cakes are ready, take on the cream.

Custard or sour cream is suitable for this dessert. First view: grate 2 eggs thoroughly with a glass of sugar, add 2 tablespoons (tablespoons) of flour, mix well, pour in milk (350 ml), boil over low heat until the mixture reaches the desired density. At the end, add a bag of vanillin, add 2-3 teaspoons of butter or margarine, cool. The second type of cream is even easier to prepare: sour cream is whipped with sugar and vanilla. Now how is the “Minute” cake “going”: pour milk into a deep plate, each cake is dropped into it for a minute. Then it is removed, brushed off, put on a dish, smeared with cream. As a layer, you can lay out slices of juicy fruits. Sprinkle cocoa or grated chocolate and coconut flakes on top of the cream. Garnish with slices of marmalade, kiwi, strawberries, etc. To make the cakes better soaked, to be softer and more tender, the Minutka cake should stand for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
"Minute" in the microwave
Of course, with the cake according to the recipe described above, you need to tinker a bit. But if you cook it in the microwave, it will take much less time - about 10 minutes. So, mix 2 tablespoons in a bowl, one and a half tablespoons of sugar, a quarter tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. cocoa powder. Add to them milk - 2 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon of butter, a little salt and vanilla. Mix everything well, put in heat-resistant cups or small containers, just do not fill them to the very top - the contents will rise. And put in the microwave, turned on at full power (about a minute). Remove the finished mini-cakes from the container and eat for health!
"Minute" in 20 minutes
And finally, how to make the “Minute” cake without baking. You will need: 150 ml of alcoholic beverages: wine, gin and tonic, martini, liquor - what you have. If there are several types - mix them in equal amounts. Or limit yourself to one, not beer! Then 1-2 (200-250 g) chocolate bars, without nuts and fruits. And a pound of gingerbread or shortbread cookies, dry biscuits.
Plus a few tablespoons of milk or cream. Break the chocolate into pieces, put in warm milk, melt. When the mass has cooled slightly, add alcohol. Pour the resulting composition into 1/3 in a deep plate and put in the freezer for several minutes, so that it grabs slightly. Then lay out a layer of broken cookies. Add chocolate again. Repeat the operation until the products run out. Put the finished dish in the cold, then treat yourself to a great dessert!
