First chop the lamb coarsely, leaving pieces of 150 grams. According to Stalik Khankishiyev, it is best to cook dumlyama from a collar. When the lamb is sliced, it is necessary to cut the carrots obliquely into rings, and the onion into half rings. Now everything is ready for frying! Heat fat in a cauldron, put lamb in it, and then sprinkle it with seasonings. The meat should be fried for ten minutes on each side. While the meat is fried, add vegetables to it, stirring the contents of the cauldron until the onions become transparent. After that, as the recipe reports, you need to chop the tomatoes and simmer them for a couple of minutes. It is best to eat fresh tomatoes. It is also necessary to add water, potatoes and garlic to the meat. Potatoes must be salted in advance. At the very end, you can also put pepper and quince there. Stew the resulting dumplings for an hour and a half.

We cut the basil and dry it, and then add it to the tomatoes, with which it must be languished for five minutes. Combine the spices and olive oil, and then free the ribs from the film and coat with oil with spices. We peel the potatoes, and cut each tuber in half, smearing with the remaining oil. The filet is washed in chilled water, and then soaked and sprinkled with lemon juice. Cut it better in small pieces. Pepper is also washed and then peeled until it becomes suitable for cooking, and also cut. We carry out the same manipulations with carrots, after which vinegar and sugar are mixed, then to pour carrots with them and insist it for thirty minutes. Cod, carrots and peppers are staggered on skewers. Seasonings are added to taste. Then we fry them on an open fire until cooked. Before serving, it is highly recommended to pour kebabs with lemon juice.

Combine olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, mixing the mixture well. We heat the grill to medium temperature. Corn cobs are divided into two equal parts, which are then rubbed with a mixture, which turned out earlier. After that, the corn is fried until cooked, which usually occurs no later than fifteen minutes, and turns over every four minutes. This dish is served with boiled chopped tomatoes.
Skewered Chicken Fillet
We wash the fillet, then dry and cut into pieces of the required size. Next, we make the marinade. To do this, we mix lemon juice and water, not forgetting about seasoning. The chicken will need to infuse in the marinade for about half an hour. We divide the Hawaiian mixture into several portions. Then we wrap it in foil and cook for about twenty minutes, not forgetting to turn it over. We spread the mixture on plates, and then fry the chicken, taken out of the marinade, on a fire. Serve both the side dish and the chicken together.
Grilled beef
You can cook beef in hundreds of different methods, including roasting, boiling, stewing ... But almost always the result is the same. How to cook a beef dish to achieve both unusual taste and pleasure for yourself and your guests?
First we need to make a marinade. To do this, we peel the garlic and pass it through the press. Next, boil a glass of water with oil, garlic, salt, sugar, bay leaf, pepper. After this mixture boils, remove it from the heat, and then add the lemon juice and remove all excess by filtering. Wash and dry meat, cut, beat off. After this process, fill it with marinade for twenty minutes. We take out the pieces and fry them in a cauldron for about twenty minutes. Serve best with cherry tomatoes.
