Chocolate must be melted in a water bath and pour milk. The mixture must be stirred until it becomes homogeneous. The mass must be cooled at room temperature. The butter should be whipped together with sugar, dump it to the yolks and add the chocolate-milk mixture there. Mix everything thoroughly.

Sifted flour is now added to the same bowl. Also, everything is kneaded until smooth. Now beat the egg whites until they become stable. We also add them to the test and gently knead. You can spread the mixture into a mold and bake. The oven temperature should be 180 degrees. Baking time - 45-55 minutes. Readiness is checked by piercing the cake with a wooden stick.

In a container, mix sour cream, sugar, egg and baking powder. Slowly add flour, knead a steep but slightly sticky dough.

Now it needs to be divided into six equal parts, to create from them two cake blanks identical to each other. You can use a round plate or any other shape to make the cakes smooth. The rest can not be cut so carefully, but baked as they come out.

Each cake should be baked for no more than 10 minutes (until it becomes golden) at a temperature of 180 degrees. You can do this on a silicone mat or on a greased baking sheet.
