We stuff peppers with meat: two cooking recipes

We properly stuff peppers with meat. This is a tasty, hearty and vibrant dish. It will be relevant at any time of the year. The following ingredients are required for cooking:

- round rice (200 g);

Add the grated carrots, chopped onions, rice, spices to the minced meat, season with salt and mix well. Next, we stuff peppers with meat and other ingredients. After that, add to the stewpan or deep frying pan. Pour the peppers with water, salt and do not forget to pepper. We put the stewpan on a strong fire and bring to a boil. After that, the fire must be reduced and covered. While the peppers are stewed for 40 minutes, prepare the sauce. Mix the tomato paste with sour cream, herbs and spices. After time, we take out the dish, put it on a plate and decorate with sauce. Peppers are harmoniously combined with mashed potatoes. The following ingredients are required for cooking:

- broth;

- bell pepper (1 kg);

- butter (100 g);

- Gouda cheese (100 g);

We put the peppers in a deep form and pour the broth (if not, you can replace it with plain water). Boats should be half immersed in the broth. We put in the oven, which is preheated to 180 degrees. The dish should cook for 30 minutes. Serving peppers is recommended with tomatoes, sliced ​​in circles, sprinkled with herbs.
