Description of the dessert process

To make a Burenka pie, proceed as follows:

  1. First, knead the dough: triturated butter with sugar, then add all the other ingredients from the list, kneading everything thoroughly.
  2. On the bottom and walls of the form, distribute the dough by hand, while leaving a piece of dough (small) in order to make specks for the cow out of it.
  3. Then proceed to the filling: beat the cottage cheese with butter, sugar and vanilla. Add starch. Eggs are added one at a time, mixed and slightly beat. After that, the filling is poured onto the dough.

The dough is kneaded on:

  • soft margarine (200 g);
  • sugar (150 g);
  • egg (1 pc.);
  • flour (350 g);
  • baking powder (1 sachet);

  • cottage cheese (dry) - 500 g;
  • sugar (150 g);
  • four eggs;
  • vanillin;
  • starch (1.5 tbsp. l.);
  • kefir (1 cup).

Act as follows:

  1. Pound sugar with margarine (softened), gradually add the remaining products and stir until a lump of brown dough is obtained.
  2. Then the cottage cheese is combined with the remaining components and mixed until a rather liquid mass is obtained. In order to make the mixture even more homogeneous, it can be ground in a blender.
  3. Next, a small piece is plucked from the dough, and the rest is distributed in a baking dish (detachable).
