Sergey Bubnovsky
Sergei Mikhailovich Bubnovsky was born in the spring of 1955 in the city of Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. Until 1973, Sergei’s life was no different from that of most of his peers. The boy studied well at school, went in for sports, led a healthy lifestyle. When Sergei turned 18, he was sent to military service in the army, and it was there that a tragedy happened to him that fundamentally changed not only his whole future life, but also the fate of many people.
During the movement of the unit to a new location, the truck driver, in which Sergey Bubnovsky was among others, fell asleep at the wheel, which led to a serious accident. Several people died, many were seriously injured, and Sergei survived a clinical death, as well as numerous injuries to his entire body and limbs. By a lucky chance, only the guy’s left foot was not affected.
In the life of a young man, a long period of rehabilitation began. For some time Sergey used crutches for movement and various home-made systems to ensure his life. Having recovered a little from the injury and having learned to move around and take care of himself again, the guy decides to go to a medical institute and devote his whole future life to studying and creating methods for restoring the body after serious injuries and damage to vital organs.
Doctor's career
Having entered the medical institute, Sergey Bubnovsky plunges headlong into training. He actively attends all lectures, additional courses, electives, seminars, and also enters immediately in several academic medical circles. In addition to the above classes, Sergey finds time for independent study of various highly specialized literature, trips to speeches of medical professors.
In the process of getting acquainted with a lot of information about the human body, Sergei begins to gradually identify patterns that could help a person regain health without drugs.
The results obtained become the basis of regular and systematic records and experiments that the student Bubnovsky conducted in his apartment. Soon, Sergei understands that the patterns he identified not only work, but also have a significant positive effect on his health. Bubnovsky’s state of health is improving, and after six months he refuses crutches, as well as part of the units with which he moved around the apartment.
Bubnovsky technique
Bubnovsky’s observations gradually began to take shape in a special way of life, which began to turn into the author’s method of treatment, since Sergey first applied all the invented methods to himself and only then, making sure of their effectiveness, advised other people. Very soon, a kind of club of fans formed around the young doctor, who were the first to experience wellness techniques.
Bubnovsky began his activities to return to people health without drugs, while still in his second year at the university. The young student’s method made a splash in medical circles, and Sergey got the opportunity to work in a special laboratory, where he not only helped patients, but also deduced patterns, and confirmed theoretical hypotheses, improving his then-nascent rehabilitation system.
In 1978, Sergei Bubnovsky graduated with honors from Moscow Krupskaya, and in 1985 undergoes residency at the Moscow Institute of Information Technology.
After completing the training, the young doctor is sent to work in the Moscow Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after P.P. Kashchenko, where he manifests himself as an experienced specialist and a serious doctor with unique methods of treating patients.
Writing a book
After some time, fragmentary notes, theoretical hypotheses and practical results have grown into a full-fledged system of returning health without drugs, and Sergey decides to publish his accumulated knowledge and experience in the form of a book that everyone would understand. It is not surprising that even before the publication of the book, in the early stages of its writing, Bubnovsky received many letters asking him to somehow generalize his methods into one full-fledged medical course.
Soon, after a year of serious daily work, Sergei Bubnovsky’s book “Health Without Medicines” appears on the shelves of bookstores and instantly becomes a bestseller.
Book's contents
The book by Sergey Bubnovsky in a simple and accessible language explains how to improve your health without drugs and traditional methods of treatment. The books also describe the principles of operation of the so-called Bubnovsky simulators - units specially designed by Sergey to perform the exercises he invented.
Bubnovsky simulators provide a temporary lack of gravity and compression, which leads to a decrease in pressure on the lesion and has the effect of restoring the muscle tissue of the diseased parts of the human body.
First part
The first part of the book “Health without drugs” is made in the form of correspondence between the author and the patient. The doctor gives various tips and advice to patients in various painful conditions, and also draws general conclusions at the end of each chapter. This part of the book is of great value due to the practical recommendations and tips set out in it, which will help get rid of not only the physical aspect of the disease, but also the accompanying painful psychological state of depression, self-doubt and depression.
The second part of
The second part of the book is a motivational and psychological training, in which the doctor helps the patient to correctly program their consciousness and tune it only for positive thinking, which leads to a general improvement of consciousness and, as a result, to a partial recovery of the body.
The Golden Book “Health Without Medicines” describes methods of not only psychological and psychosomatic recovery, but also methods of physical recovery based on muscle training and the principle of “resetting” consciousness. Dr. Bubnovsky argues that a healthy state of the human body is ninety percent dependent on its adherence to a healthy lifestyle and positive thinking.
Main methods
As the main methods of restoring health without drugs, Dr. Bubnovsky singles out gymnastics, swimming, as well as the method of "rebooting consciousness."
According to the doctor, in order to achieve the maximum healing effect, first of all, one should clear one’s consciousness of the negative flow of emotions, direct all efforts to fill thoughts with bright emotions, which should help a person get rid of a depressive state and obsessions.
The second important stage in the healing of the body is the “reset of consciousness”, which is the process of setting up consciousness to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The third stage is the implementation of various exercises using special simulators Bubnovsky.
Typically, these exercises are varieties of simple gymnastic exercises, but each of them should be performed with knowledge of the beneficial effects that it has. Without medical implications and a desire to cure the disease, the implementation of the Bubnovsky technique is unlikely to have an effective effect on the human body.
Book popularity
Despite the sharp and slightly offensive for colleagues title “Health without drugs. What are the doctors silent about? ” Dr. Bubnovsky’s book instantly became a bestseller not only among ordinary readers, but also in the medical community of Russia.
