  1. First of all, we wash and cut the eggplant - in circles. We lay them out at the bottom of the refractory dish, pour 50 ml of water into the container.

Cut zucchini into thin strips, blanch in salted water for a couple of minutes. It is most convenient to do this in a pan, because because of its width a lot of vegetables are placed there. Lubricate the baking dish we have chosen. Having soaked zucchini, half of them are laid out in a mold.
