Tilapia in the oven with shrimp and cream
Ingredients:
tilapia fillet - 0.5 kg (about 3 pcs.);
shrimp - 27 pieces;
cheese - 250 g;
cream - 200 g;
spinach - 150 g;
potatoes - a few pieces;
broccoli;
carrots - 1 pc.;
onion - a few pieces;
garlic - 4 cloves;
green onions, dill;
cherry tomatoes - a few pieces;
butter;
lemon - 1 pc.;
soy sauce;
salt, pepper, marjoram dry.
To begin with, tilapia should be halved, remove the remaining bones and sprinkle with spices, then sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to insist for a while.
Now peel the potatoes and boil until half cooked, cook and cut them into cubes, then fry them in a skillet in butter. We chop carrots, onions, garlic and also fry in butter. Mix the spinach with cream in a blender.
Now we form a puff dish for baking. At the bottom of the mold, spread the fried cubes of potatoes, then half the spinach sauce, marinated tilapia on top, then onions with carrots and garlic. Top it all with the remnants of spinach sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese, finely chopped greens and green onions. On top lay evenly shrimp, peeled in advance, and sprinkle with soy sauce. Now spread the halves of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese again. Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes (180 degrees). When ready, you need to sprinkle with greens before serving. Such tilapia in the oven will be an excellent festive dish in every home and, of course, will appeal to all your guests.
Tilapia in the oven with potatoes
It should be noted that in this way you can cook any other fish, for example, hake, cod, gerbil, mullet.
Ingredients:
tilapia fillet - 4 pcs.;
potatoes - 5-6 pcs.;
onion - a few pieces;
eggs - 2 pcs.;
flour - 3 tablespoons of tablespoons;
vegetable oil;
pepper, salt.
Finely chop the onion and fry lightly in vegetable oil over low heat. We shift it into a bowl, let it cool slightly and add the egg whites, slightly beaten beforehand. Also add pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of flour. Grate the potatoes, squeeze from the juice that has formed and add to the proteins with onions. We mix everything well. Sprinkle the fish fillet with salt and roll in flour. Then we put grated potatoes on each piece of tilapia and squeeze, fry in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes on both sides so that the fish is turned over once. As a side dish, boiled rice is best suited . In the same way, tilapia is prepared in the oven, only in this case it is not turned over, but fried using a grill.
Oven tilapia with sour cream sauce
Ingredients:
tilapia fillet - 0.5 kg;
champignons - 10 pieces;
sour cream - 3 tablespoons of tablespoons;
garlic - a few cloves;
cheese - 150 g;
lemon juice - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;
salt, pepper, basil, dill;
water - 4 tablespoons of tablespoons.
First, prepare the sauce. Pour sour cream into a bowl, squeeze the garlic, lemon juice, add salt, pepper and water. We mix everything thoroughly.
Defrost the tilapia fillet and cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and spread in the prepared sauce for half an hour. Cut the mushrooms thinly, sprinkle a little with salt and fry in a pan until golden brown.
We put the fish in a baking dish, spread the mushrooms on top, pour everything with the sauce in which the fish was pickled. Bake the dish for about 18 minutes (150 degrees).
While tilapia is cooked in the oven, grate the cheese and mix with dill, basil and sprinkle fish. Then put in the oven for a few more minutes.
