Product List :

  • 300 g of minced meat (beef, chicken or pork);
  • half a glass of long rice;
  • three tomatoes;
  • 50 g breadcrumbs for breading;
  • one medium onion;
  • some fresh herbs.

Cooking process :

  1. Put the minced meat in a deep plate, mix it with breadcrumbs. Add as much salt as we need. Mix the meat composition thoroughly. We begin to manufacture small balls, that is, meatballs.
  2. Now you need to pour tomatoes with boiling water and make cross-shaped incisions. Carefully separate the skin from the pulp. To chop tomato, you can use a blender or a regular grater. The result should be a thick tomato gruel.
  3. Cut the onion into rings. Then we take a pan of 2 liters. In it we will cook rice. At the very beginning, you need to salt the water. Previously prepared meatballs should be put in a pan at the stage of half-prepared rice. We notice 5 minutes. Add tomato puree to the soup. Mix everything well.
  4. It remains to throw onion rings and garlic, passed through a special press. We wait until the soup is finally cooked. Before serving, it should stand for several minutes. Pour it into plates and decorate with greens.

Ingredients (per 3-3.5 liter saucepan) :

  • processed cheese - 3 pieces;
  • one carrot;
  • 500 g of any minced meat;
  • two medium onions;
  • one chicken egg;
  • 5-6 small potatoes;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • spice.

Soup with meatballs and cheese is prepared as follows :

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We spread it in a pan and fry in oil. It should acquire a golden color.
  2. Stuffing should be put in a deep bowl, salt and pepper it. In the same dishes, add the egg and half the fried onions. Mix the mass well. Now you can start the formation of meatballs.
  3. We need to peel the carrots and grate it on a fine grater. Next, fry it in vegetable (refined) oil.
  4. In a pot filled with water, put the grated carrots and fried onions. We are waiting for the liquid to boil. Throw the meatballs. While they are boiling, we must peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Big pieces are best not to do. 5-7 minutes after boiling, you need to add potatoes, bay leaf and your favorite spices.
  5. Expand the processed cheese, cut into small cubes and put in the soup. This is done when the potatoes are cooked. Literally after 3 minutes, you can add chopped greens. Fragrant soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!

Chicken Meatball Soup Recipe

Meatball Chicken Soup

To prepare the dish you will need :

  • 500 g of minced meat (chicken);
  • one onion;
  • parsnip;
  • 1-1.5 kg chicken;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • three medium carrots;
  • one egg;
  • 3 stalks of celery;
  • spice.

The practical part :

  1. Take the chicken and cut it into several parts. Put them in a pan, fill with water and bring to a boil. Set the fire to the minimum value. Do not forget to remove the foam.
  2. Celery stalks and parsnip should be cut into large pieces, and then added to the pan. The ingredients should cook for 2-3 hours. About half an hour before being ready, add chopped greens.
  3. We proceed to the manufacture of meatballs. Stuffed chicken in a deep bowl, add the breadcrumbs, garlic gruel, chopped onions and herbs. Do not forget to salt and pepper.
  4. Break the egg, gently separate the protein from the yolk. We put them in different plates. Add the yolk to the minced chicken. As for the protein, we will also need it. Beat it until foam is formed, and then pour it into the minced meat. The resulting mass must be covered and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. We get the stuffing and start making meatballs. One by one, put them in the soup. Cook for another 20 minutes. As a result, we should get a delicious and rich chicken soup with meatballs. The recipe described above is simple to execute, even a novice housewife will cope with it.
