If the vegetable is too big, cut it first into several parts, so it will be easier for you to handle it. The core and seeds can be easily removed with an ordinary tablespoon.

Ingredients:

  • Two small young zucchini.

  • A little chopped greens (like parsley and dill).
  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • One glass of sour cream.
  • 150 gram slice of hard cheese.

  1. Cooking zucchini in sour cream (with garlic) is very easy. Wash the vegetables, cut them into not too thick circles, 1–1.5 cm will be enough.
  2. Now you need a regular plastic bag. Put in it the prepared sliced ​​zucchini, a handful of chopped greens, salt, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and spices (pepper). Spin the bag on top while leaving air inside and shake the contents well. So zucchini evenly covered with spices, oil and herbs.
  3. That's almost all. It remains to bake zucchini in sour cream in the oven. Warm up the cabinet to 220 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil or paper, sprinkle vegetables on it and even them out.
  4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with sour cream, you can also add greens (it does not happen much), mix the mixture thoroughly and grease the zucchini laid out. The dish needs to be baked for no more than 20 minutes, the first 10 minutes of cooking the baking sheet with the vegetable can be covered with foil.

To avoid watery dishes, the sliced ​​zucchini prepared for baking should be sprinkled with salt and let the fruit brew for 20 minutes. Just during this time, excess moisture will come out, it can be drained, and the squash itself, squeezed out a little, can be used for its intended purpose.
