  • tomato paste or hot ketchup - 150 gr.

Step by step cooking:

  1. First you need to remove the film from the hearts and rinse them.
  2. Then wash the mushrooms, divide them into quarters.
  3. We put the pan on medium heat, put a little oil, pour oyster mushrooms.
  4. Fry the mushrooms until half cooked.
  5. Cut the onion into two halves, wash and cut into small cubes.
  6. We clean the carrots and shred with a thin straw.
  7. Add vegetables to the pan, mix and fry until golden brown.
  8. Now we cut the chicken hearts into two equal parts, pour it to the rest of the products.
  9. Fry under a closed lid for about 7-10 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle the dish with salt and spices, pour the tomato paste, mix the ingredients.
  11. Stew the hearts with mushrooms until tender and pour into a plate.

The finished dish should be decorated with green onion rings or any other fresh herbs. For beauty and an appetizing look, add a few sesame seeds, flax and black peppercorns.

How to stew chicken hearts in tomato sauce:

  1. Thoroughly wash the hearts, dry them and pour them into the multicooker bowl, pre-lubricated with olive oil.
  2. Peel the purple onion and cut into rings.
  3. We pour onion rings to the hearts, prepare a slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" mode for 10-12 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste or sauce with finely chopped dill.
  5. Add spices and salt.
  6. Mix well the resulting mass, pour it into the chicken hearts and onions.
