- Cover the round shape with cling film. We spread the crumbs soaked in oil. Tamp with a spoon. Be sure to make the sides. Now put the form with the contents in the refrigerator. After 1-2 hours we get it.
- While the ingredients in the mold solidify, we need to cook the caramel. Take a stewpan with a thick bottom. Pour sugar in it in the right amount. Fill with water (50 ml). We put on the fire. You do not need to interfere. Only slight agitation of the stewpan is allowed. As soon as the mass acquires a caramel color, turn off the fire. In a stewpan, add 120 g of cream in warm form, as well as 80 g of cold butter. Did the mass begin to bubble heavily? It should be so. Mix the ingredients.
