The basics for the fillings themselves are sold ready-made in any supermarket or bakery. They are stored for a long time, so they can be kept in “bins” in case of unexpected, but dear guests! By the way, it is also advisable to stock up with shrimp, and cheese, and avocado in advance. And you can start!
Shrimp tartlets: recipe with photo step by step
How to cook this delicious snack? We need: 20 tartlets, 20 shrimps, 100 g of cheese, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 avocado, vegetable oil for frying.
- First of all, we need to clean the seafood. Remove the shell: cut along the back and pull out the intestinal vein with the insides.
- Well, the shrimp is already peeled and washed. Now we will fry them in olive oil with garlic. But pre-dry with napkins from excess moisture. Pour the oil into the pan, add the chopped garlic. He began to turn brown and makes it aware of readiness by smell. We remove it from the vessel.
- Spread the shrimp in a pan, fry for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Yes, you still need to salt and pepper and set aside for now.
- Now do the filling. First of all, we need to cut the avocado in half and use the spoon to pull out all the flesh. By the way, how to choose the right avocado so that it is ripe? You need to press a finger: if a little misses, then ripe, if not, then you should not take it.
- Cut as if it were a peach. We take out a bone very easily, we don’t need it. Take a tablespoon and pick out the pulp, and then take the fork and knead it. If the avocado is ripe, it will be very easy to warm up.
- Now you need to grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Also boil hard-boiled eggs (this is about 10 minutes). Then we clean and pass through the egg slicer or just finely crush or cut with a knife.
- We mix all the ingredients: avocado with cheese, add eggs here, squeeze a clove of garlic and spread the mayonnaise. All mix well. If you wish, you can salt and pepper to taste.
- After we mixed the filling, fill it with tartlets. We take the finished base, put one spoon of the filling there. After we filled the tartlets with the mixture, the final stage remains. We take pre-fried seafood and set it on top of the structure (you can put it vertically, but if you want, you can, in principle, put it on its side - this is already a matter of taste). Consumption: 1 piece per base.
Well, that’s all, tartlets with shrimps (see photo below) are ready for us - you can meet guests too!
