You will need 1 or 1.5 kg of dried biscuits (biscuits or shortbread, without toppings), a can of condensed milk and a pack of butter. If you want, take a better chocolate. Grind cookies - break them, grate or pass through a meat grinder, just do not wet. Pour the crumbs into a bowl. Rub the milk and butter thoroughly until smooth. Then mix with cookies, and thoroughly. If desired, you can drip a little lemon juice. Now take a piece of clean cellophane or a large sheet of foil, spread a cake blank evenly on it, flatten and roll in the shape of a thick β€œlog”. Let it lie in the refrigerator for 35-40 minutes - it will freeze. Sprinkle the finished cake with cocoa mixed with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve for tea.
