Classical
The following ingredients will be required:
- large fresh-frozen carcass of mackerel;
- a third of a glass of milk;
- egg;
- half a lemon;
- black pepper (peas);
- Bay leaf;
- flour;
- salt.
The process of making mackerel in batter:
- Cut the mackerel, cut the fins, remove the bones, rinse, cut into pieces.
- Put the fish in a bowl, salt, throw peppercorns, pour lemon juice, add bay leaf, cover and leave for one hour.
- Meanwhile, you need to cook batter. Separate the yolk from the protein. Mix the yolk with milk, add as much flour to make a dough as for fritters.
