Beat the whites with a mixer, setting a low speed. Without turning off the device, add the remaining sugar to the mass. The whipping speed can be increased.
Step number 2. What are the next steps? 1/3 of the proteins are added to the dishes with the yolks. Sift the flour a couple of times. Pour it to the yolks. Mix well. Add the remaining proteins. Mix again. We made a dough, from which we will make a cake with plums.
Step number 3. We take a baking dish, the bottom of which is greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. We fill the 2/3 capacity with dough.
Step No. 4. Preheat the oven by setting the temperature to 180 Β° C. We send the future pie into it. We note 30-35 minutes. Ready sponge cake must be carefully removed their form and cool.

Ingredients:
- wheat flour - a glass;
- 200-250 g of plum jam;
- vanilla sugar - a bag;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- a piece of butter;

- 100 ml of water;
- 60 g of oil;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l

1. Let's start with the eggs. Break them into a bowl. Pour two types of sugar there - vanilla and regular. Beat all these ingredients with a mixer, setting the maximum speed. The process will take about 6 minutes. During this time, the mass should increase significantly in volume.

5. Now we need to make chocolate. In the stewpan we combine the indicated amount of sugar, butter, water and cocoa. We put on the stove. We are waiting for the moment of boiling. Then we cook the chocolate, setting the fire to the minimum value.
6. When the cake is ready, we take it out of the slow cooker and turn it upside down. Lubricate with chocolate. Let the dessert cool. Then you can invite the household to tea.
Cake with plum without baking
Required Products:
- 200 ml cream (20% fat);
- 2 tbsp. l gelatin;
- sugar - 220 g;
- 0.4 kg of cottage cheese;
- grape juice (red) - a glass;
- 700 g ripe plums;
- bar of dark chocolate;
- 100 g of corn flakes.
Cooking
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. We shift into a glass cup. Add the flakes. Mix.
2. The resulting mass is sent to a split mold. The bottom and sides need to be covered with baking paper. Smooth the cereal with chocolate. We put the form along with the contents on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. Leave for a couple of hours.
3. Pour gelatin into a plate. Pour it with grape juice. It will take about 2-3 tbsp. l a drink.
