Mushroom pasta - a traditional Italian dish

Pasta is present on our table constantly. We are not used to calling this dish what its name is on Italian soil. For us it’s just pasta with sauce and stuffed with meat, mushrooms, fish, etc. The recipe can include any type of pasta: spaghetti, tagliatelle, fusilli and others. Pasta sauce can also be made from various ingredients. There are a lot of options, for example, pasta with mushrooms. Therefore, this dish can be called universal.

Mushroom pasta

To make pasta, you need to take 400 grams of egg noodles (preferably tagliatelle). But if it is not, then you can use any. You will also need about 300 grams of boneless pork, which can be replaced with chicken if desired. Since this is a paste with mushrooms, you need to take about 250 grams of mushrooms. Still need to cook about 5 tablespoons of quality sour cream, the same amount of mayonnaise (it is better to take olive), butter and salt. After preparing all the ingredients, we proceed to the cooking process itself.

Pasta with mushrooms and ham

We cut the meat into small cubes, put in a pan and fry it with a small amount of oil. Add salt. The main thing is not to dry the meat so that it does not lose its softness. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Then fry them in a separate pan until the liquid disappears. Salt to taste. You can use mushroom seasoning, but this is optional. Next, mix the meat with mushrooms and put the pan on the fire. Pour in mayonnaise and sour cream. Also add 3-4 tablespoons of water. If there is a decoction in which pasta was cooked, then it is better to use it.

The sauce should now be stewed for 30 minutes. It must be constantly stirred so as not to burn.

While the sauce reaches the desired state, you can boil the noodles. We put a pot of water on the fire and add salt. When the liquid boils, lower the noodles into it. The most important thing here is not to digest it, otherwise the dish will have an unaesthetic appearance.

When the noodles are cooked, drain the water and add a little butter to the pan. We spread the pasta on a plate, and put the sauce on top. Pasta with mushrooms is ready. It can be decorated with greens.

Ham and mushroom pasta

Pasta with mushrooms and ham is prepared in the same way. To do this, fry the mushrooms with ham, add cream and spices. Boil any pasta. Add them to the cooked sauce. Ham and mushroom pasta is cooked quickly and can be enjoyed for dinner.

Italians use pasta in various ways. For them, this is a traditional dish. The most popular is pasta with mushrooms and cheese. Boil pasta (it is better to take spaghetti). Separately, fry the mushrooms, sliced ​​in plates. Mix spaghetti with grated cheese. Put them on a plate, leaving space inside. Here we put the mushrooms. Sprinkle with greens on top. As an addition, you can serve tomato sauce. It is very simple to cook. We take tomato paste or tomatoes (without peel). Fry them in a pan, add salt, pepper and any spices as desired. The sauce is served in a separate bowl or gravy boat.
