Cooking meat with plums is easy:
- First, all products need to be chopped. For this, beef should be cut into large cubes, carrots in half circles, and onions and celery chopped randomly.
- Fry the meat in a pan with pepper and salt. Transfer the processed product to a stew pan.
- Fry vegetables in the same pan.
- Add tomato to them and wait a couple more minutes. After that, the fried vegetables should be laid on top of the meat.
- Pour the products with water (broth) and simmer under the lid for about half an hour.
- To clear plums from stones. Then cut the flesh into quarters, add to the pan with boiling products and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Pork in the oven
The meat with plums baked in the oven will be no less original. For example, you can consider an interesting recipe for Chinese cuisine, which uses the following components:
800 grams of fresh plums and the same amount of pork loin, 35 grams of vegetable oil, a bunch of green onions, 220 grams of canned water chestnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 sweet potatoes, a couple of small plates of ginger root, 8 grams of sugar, chili pepper and 2 tablespoons of rice wine .
It usually takes no more than an hour to prepare a meal:
- The first step is to heat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Cut the washed meat into large enough pieces, and then fry them lightly on both sides. Inside the product should remain moist.
- Fold the prepared pork into shape.
- Add halves of plums, slices of chestnuts, sweet potato and chopped onion.
- Separately, in a bowl, you need to prepare the sauce. For it, mix grated ginger with sugar, chili pepper, garlic and rice wine.
- Pour the meat with the prepared sauce and send the form to the oven for 45 minutes.
Traditionally, a Chinese dish is served with rice.
Plum Chicken
How else can you cook meat with plums? There are a variety of recipes. It all depends on which product will act as the main ingredient. Take, for example, an option for which you need a not quite ordinary set of products: 4 chicken fillets (you can take legs), salt, 6 large plums, 35 grams of linden honey, 1 head of red onion, pepper, one teaspoon of rosemary , curry and turmeric.
You can cook this dish without much difficulty:
- Chicken breasts need to be washed, dried and cut lengthwise for better baking.
- Put the pieces of meat in a bowl. Add spices, honey and leave for 2 hours for marinating.
- Grind the onions in half rings and fold them to the bottom of the baking dish.
- The second layer will be halved plums.
- Place chicken on top and pepper a little.
- Cover the form with foil and send to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Roasting is gradual.
- At the end, the foil can be removed so that the chicken meat can lightly brown. Leave the product in the oven for another 15 minutes.
