Nathan Jones is an Australian wrestler, actor, champion in powerlifting. He is a member of the American public wrestling company - World Wrestling Entertainment Inc in the SmackDown Live program, which is held in the United States.

Born Nathan Jones on August 21, 1969 in the Gold Coast, a coastal city in the Australian state of Queensland. Even before his career as a professional wrestler, Nathan for several years was involved in very dirty business related to breaking the law: bank robbery. For this, at the age of 18, the court sentenced him to 16 years in prison. In Boggo Road Prison, he first met with powerlifting and practiced. According to some reports, Nathan Jones was taking steroids at that time - substances with high biological activity. After his release from prison, he ended up with professional wrestling trainers - Mike Bell and Tom Howard, who helped him become the Australian national champion in triathlon.

After leaving prison, Jones tried himself as a strongman - a person engaged in weightlifting, as a result of which he received the nickname Megaman.

In 1995, he took part in the World Strength Championship, held in the small town of Scotland - Callander, where he took first place, thus ahead of Gary Taylor - the strongest man of 1993.

The next step to a successful career was to participate in the annual competition of wrestlers - World Muscle Power Classic in Aberdeenshire. Unfortunately, Nathan Jones ranked fifth among 12 participants here. The victory was won by the Irish Magnus Ver Magnusson.

Then the wrestler tried his luck at World's Strongest Man, where he first defeated Phil Martin, and then competed with Magnus Samuelson - European arm wrestling champion. In the first round, Nathan lost to Magnus, allowing him to win. In the second round, the wrestler remained out of competition due to the fact that he broke the humerus.

In 1996, Nathan Jones wins the World Strongman Challenge.

He also tested his strength in mixed martial arts. In 1997, Nathan Jones participated in the KRS-Pride Pride 1, where he met a Japanese professional wrestler and sumo champion Koji Quito, whom he fought in a well-organized match.

After working as a bodyguard for Australian entrepreneur Rene Rivkin, Jones begins his career as a professional wrestler.

At first he worked at World Wrestling All-Stars, which brought him little fame.

On April 7, 2002, Nathan won the WWA World Heavyweight Championship, and lost to Scott Steiner in the following competitions.

Jones also engaged in the Japanese professional wrestling Pro Wrestling Zero1-Max. On October 20, 2002, he and another American professional wrestler John Heidenreich, as part of the team, won the NWA Intercontinental Tag Team Championship.

After signing a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Nathan was unable to compete because he had problems with his visa due to his dark past. However, since 2002, he manages to start his career here, and he is already struggling with many professional wrestlers.

After WWA, Nathan was supposed to participate in the Australian competition against Mark Mercedes, but did not appear at the match.

In 2005, he participated in the World Series Wrestling, where he defeated first Lee Stara, then Mark Hilton, after which he planned to complete the lesson by wrestling.

In 2006, Nathan Jones signed a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, but he was unable to continue his career: he injured his nerve after a truck with cement passed over his left arm. After that, the wrestler decides to retire and end his career as a professional wrestler.
