Creamoren cream and gel were developed in Germany, and manufactured by the pharmaceutical company INTENDIS MANUFACTURING SpA (Italy). The instructions for the tube of this product (cream or gel) indicate that the active substance of this "multi-tool" is
azelaic acid. Thanks to this very basic component, Skinoren is so effective. Cheap analogs do not differ in their main component from this effective tool. They carry out effective fight against acne with the help of the same azelaic acid. Analogues of Skinoren have the same concentration: creams - 20%, gels - 15%. Meanwhile, the cost of such drugs is much lower than that of the widely advertised Italian original.
What is good for Skinoren? The essence of the action of its analogues
This drug inhibits the growth of pathogenic microflora, prevents the development of the inflammatory process, accelerates the healing of acne, inhibits the production of sebaceous secretions of the skin, normalizes its lipid balance, stabilizes the keratinization of the epidermis, and helps to cleanse the face. In addition, Skinoren has a whitening effect, eliminates the pigmentation of traces from healing acne. However, the cost of this cream (or gel) is not available to everyone. Any analogue of Skinoren (gel) - AcneStop or Acne-derm (Poland), Aziks-Derm (India), Azelik or Azogel (Russia) - is prescribed by the doctor for the same indications as the Italian drug. In cosmetology, azelaic acid is commonly used for chemical peels and
skin whitening. Its pharmacological effect is the same in any of the drugs.
Indications for use
To treat problem skin from acne, cosmetologists recommend using Skinoren gel or its analogues at the initial stage of the disease (up to 20-40 acne and blackheads on the face).

At the first sessions of skin treatment with Azelik gel, hyperemia (redness), itching, peeling of the skin and other signs of skin irritation may appear.
