- chicken breast - two pieces of medium size (about half a kilogram);
- chicken eggs - two or three;
- onions - two small heads;
- wheat flour - three tablespoons with a hill;
- mayonnaise - three tablespoons with a slide;
- spices - to your taste (a combination of pepper + salt + dill is very tasty);
- vegetable oil for toasting.
Cooking Stuffing
The recipe for chopped chicken cutlets with mayonnaise is simple and affordable. Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into cubes. The thickness of the meat cubes should not exceed two centimeters - the uniformity and cooking time of your cutlets depends on this. - Potato starch - four tablespoons.

Ingredients for cheese cutlets, chopped chicken fillet, with mayonnaise:
- Cheese (hard, Russian) - two hundred grams.
- Chicken fillet - half a kilogram.
- Eggs (chicken) - three pieces.
- Flour - two tablespoons with a slide.
- Mayonnaise - four tablespoons.
- The onion is one large.
- Garlic - two cloves.
- Spices - to your taste.
Cooking
Grind chicken fillet, onion and garlic with a blender. Add eggs, mayonnaise and cheese, mix gently. We put in the refrigerator for half an hour. After the allotted time, take the stuffing and add spices and flour. Mix and form cutlets. No splash of oil around the stove, no smell of burnt meat - a super cooking method. We offer a variety of chopped chicken cutlets with mushrooms mayonnaise. It goes well with chicken meat champignon. This mushroom is relatively safe even for baby food, is rich in protein and perfectly complements the taste of chicken meat. Ingredients for minced meat based on ten servings:
- Half a kilogram of chicken.
- Three hundred grams of champignons.
- A small onion.
- A quarter cup of mayonnaise.
- A couple of tablespoons of flour.
- A pair of tablespoons of semolina for boning.
- A bunch of fresh green dill.
- Salt and spices at your discretion.
Stage of creativity
To begin with, we’ll deal with the mushroom component. Rinse and cut the champignons, cut into cubes. Then cut the onions into cubes and send together with the mushrooms to a frying pan previously preheated with vegetable oil. Fry until golden and soft, turn off and leave to cool. We cut the breast fillet into cubes not exceeding the size of two centimeters, mix with frying. Add mayonnaise, green dill, spices and flour, knead thoroughly. Do not forget to try on salt. Chill the prepared meat in the refrigerator for half an hour. After the set time, we form small cutlets from the cooled minced meat, roll them in semolina. Grease the bottom of the multicooker with vegetable oil, lay out the workpieces, close the lid and put on the "Baking" mode. If the time is programmed on the multicooker, then we go about our business before the signal. If this function is not available, then set the time to thirty-five minutes, forget about cooking for this time.
