  • pork (you can use any other meat) - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • onion - a few pieces;
  • cheese - 250 g;

The meat must be washed and cut into slices. Now we beat off on both sides with the help of a kitchen mallet, salt, pepper. Peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut them into circles.   • walnuts - 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic - a few cloves;
  • greens;
  • mayonnaise (can be diluted with 50 to 50 sour cream) - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt.

The meat should be cut into pieces and beat off with a hammer. Then lightly fry on both sides, pepper and salt. Next, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix finely chopped greens, cucumber, garlic, chopped nuts, mayonnaise to make a thick mass. Now put the meat in a mold and pour the sauce. Products:

  • pork (in one piece) - 0.7 kg;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;

First you need to bring the water to a boil, add pepper, salt, bay leaf, spices to it. Then cool the water and put the meat in it. Now put it all in the refrigerator for three hours, while covering it with foil. After that, remove the meat from the water, dry it, grate a little with salt and spices. Then make small cuts and stuff with peeled garlic. Place the pork in the baking sleeve and put in the oven at 190 degrees. Bake boiled pork for at least an hour.
