But even this attitude of the parents did not interfere. Oleg Zhakov, whose photo is in this article, ran away from the gymnasium for another session in the Palace Cinema, which was just opposite his house. He even worked for some time as a projection engineer.
But the parents could not come to terms with the power that came in Russia after the revolution, so in 1919 the whole family moved to Yekaterinburg. In this city, the future actor enters the Polytechnic College at the Faculty of Education, but already in his third year leaves school.
Club "Junk"
After Oleg Zhakov, an actor whom the whole country knows and loves, throws a technical school, he begins to visit the club “TRAM”. After graduation, Oleg Zhakov first works at the Lenfilm studio, and then goes to Mosfilm. In the first film, which was shot with sound, Oleg Petrovich played Kurt Schaeffer. In the film directed by Sergei Gerasimov, “The Seven Brave,” the role of the German emigrant, who was so successfully played by actor Zhakov, showed that even in everyday affairs you can find heroism. Oleg Petrovich had almost no words in this film, so it was so difficult for him to create the image of a hero.
And only forty years later, the director and friend Sergei Gerasimov suggested Oleg Petrovich to star in another of his films. In the film “By the Lake” Oleg Zhakov, whose filmography includes more than 100 films, was played by Professor Barvin, who zealously and reliably guarded Lake Baikal. Vasily Shukshin also starred in the same film. In 1936, Oleg Petrovich in the film "Deputy of the Baltic" perfectly played associate professor Vikenty Mikhailovich Vorobyov.
No less excellent was the role of the former prisoner Talanov in the movie "Invasion". Having starred in a large number of films, Oleg Zhakov created completely different and dissimilar characters of his heroes. But the talented actor tried to be both persistent and inventive. Despite his workload, Oleg Petrovich could rush with a bunch of flowers to her concerts right after filming or touring.
To make an unusual surprise for his chosen one, Oleg Zhakov, whose personal life is always interesting to the public, laid out the words of recognition on apples in the snow. It was in Leningrad after the lifting of the blockade, and apples at that time were very expensive. To make such a surprise for his beloved, Oleg Petrovich was forced to unload the cars at night.
