  • margarine or butter - 40 grams;

  • flour - approximately 1.5 cups (perhaps in the process it will be necessary to slightly increase or decrease the amount of this ingredient; the dough should be slightly thinner than the dough for pancakes);
  • lean oil - grease the pan.

Technological process

In a separate bowl we mix all the dry ingredients for future pancakes. Do not forget about sifting the flour in order to saturate it with oxygen and make baking more magnificent and tender.

Melt the margarine (butter) until liquid. Crush the banana with a fork or rub on a fine grater, you can crush the fruit with a kitchen pestle - all methods of chopping are good.   • starch - 2 tablespoons;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • salt - pinch;
  • sugar - 3-6 tablespoons;
  • vanilla sugar - a standard bag;
  • Refined oil - 60-80 milliliters.

In a volumetric cup or small pan, mix the dry ingredients listed in the product list.

Then pour small portions of milk and vegetable oil, periodically mixing the composition. When all the milk is in the flour mixture, thoroughly beat the resulting dough. In this case, you can use a spoon, fork, whisk or mixer. Leave some oil to handle the pan, even if the dishes have a non-stick layer. The dough is ready, but we still have another, very important ingredient - apples.

They need to be washed and freed from seed boxes, peel and other inedible elements. We rub the fruits on a fine or coarse grater as you like. Pour apple chips into the dough and quickly distribute in it.

The time has come to heat the pan. Lubricate it with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil. Warm up to the desired temperature over medium heat.
