The life and work of Peter Korshunkov

Korshunkov Petr Valerievich - Russian actor, rarely starring in films, however, every role he has is excellent. Peter was born in 1970 on the last January day. No interesting information about this man’s childhood is known.

As indicated in his official biography, approximately in 1991-1992, Korshunkov entered the studio school in Yakutia, which was located at the Moscow Art Theater. Despite the fact that the branch was called a school, it is still considered a higher educational institution. He graduated from Peter Korshunkov in 1996.

A year after that, he rightfully assumed the post of actor, starting to work at the Moscow State Theater, specializing in music. At that time, this creative institution was led by Gennady Chikhachev.

The actor did not work with this collective for long, because soon he had the opportunity to go to the theater on Pokrovka, named after Sergei Artsibashev. There was more than one creative year of Peter Korshunkov. He worked in the named theater for about 14-15 years, but in 2013, Korshunkov was fired from there.

Peter became known as a film actor in 2000. Then he first starred in the film, and it turned out so well for Korshunkov that after the release of the comedy film, he immediately gained fame throughout Russia.

The film, in which the actor took part, was called "DMB". Since the first part of the film project was a huge success, in the same year it was decided to shoot the sequel, and in the second film Pyotr Korshunkov also remained in the cast of the film. In addition to all the parts of "DMB", which were created and released in 2000-2001, Peter starred in several more films, though only in episodic roles.

Unfortunately, Peter earned his living not only in acting, but in all sorts of illegal ways. So, in mid-October 2009, law enforcement authorities detained him red-handed when he tried to sell another batch of drugs. In fact, a trial was held at the end of the year. The judicial debate lasted quite a long time, and everything was allowed only in February 2010. Then Peter Korshunkov was found guilty in accordance with Article 228 of the Criminal Code of Russia on the sale of drugs. He was given two suspended years in prison.

Subsequently, this did not prevent Peter from continuing his acting career. And the last film, in which Korshunkov took part, was shot in 2016. It is called "Murka."
