How to bake bream in the oven?

Any fish cooked in the oven is incredibly healthy and tasty. It is enough to add lemon and a light side dish to it, and a delicious nutritious dinner is ready. Ingredients:

  • bream carcass 1 kg (possible more);
  • shallots and garlic;
  • olives and parsley;
  • low-fat sour cream and butter;
  • lemon, salt and spices.

  1. The bream should be thoroughly washed and the entrails removed. Now clean and make cuts on the skin so that when baking, the shape of the fish does not deform. This technique will also help soften the bones, since the heat through the incisions will penetrate more intensively into the fish.
