To the question of which analogue is better, Diflucan or Fluconazole, a definite answer cannot be given. First, substances that are similar in composition, structure, and mechanism of action are called analogs. Secondly, analogues most often differ not in the composition of the active substance, but in manufacturers, and, accordingly, in price.

Diflucan is available in France. As indicated above, its active substance is fluconazole. Accordingly, the analogues of Diflucan, Fluconazole, Tsiskan and Forkan, have a similar composition and effect. They are produced in India. The same active ingredient is part of Funzol, which is produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Disorel-Sanovel (or Flucoral) in Turkey. The Diflucan substitute called Mikomax is produced in the Czech Republic.

"Diflucan", analogues of this drug can not be used with other antifungal agents. This is fraught with the development of hematomas, nasal or gastrointestinal bleeding. Diflucan, its analogues, can not be taken with Cisapride: it can cause atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, and heart ventricles flutter

Joint administration of "Diflucan" with sedatives can enhance the effect of the latter.

The reviews collected during the survey of doctors and their patients indicate that "Diflucan" or "Fluconazole", their substitutes have almost no side effects. Only in some persons with hypersensitivity, vomiting or diarrhea can occur, skin rashes appear.

There have been several cases when the administration of Diflucan caused toxic changes in the liver, leading to death.

There is no information on the interaction of Diflucan with alcohol. However, it is worth remembering that alcohol dramatically reduces the effectiveness of all drugs. This reaction is most often observed in patients with AIDS.

The dosage of the drug is selected by the doctor individually in each individual case. It depends on the age of the patient, his state of health, the characteristics of the course of the disease.
