Then it is necessary to put the meat in the dishes in which it is convenient to bake it in the oven. For this, a special deep baking tray, or, for example, a frying pan with high sides, may well fit. It is important to know that when potatoes are cooked in French in the oven, the bottom of the dishes, as well as its walls, is not worth additional lubrication. After all, we coated the meat in mayonnaise, which will provide the necessary amount of fat. Therefore, without doubt and fear, we spread our meat, mixed with onions, in a pan, thus forming our first layer.
