The popularity of bananas is gaining momentum not only among supporters of a healthy diet, vegetarians and fruit-eaters, but also among ordinary people. The combination of pleasant taste, ease of use and a feeling of quick satiation makes this fruit a welcome guest in every home. - Mix three eggs, a pinch of salt and one tablespoon. spoon of sugar, add vanilla on the tip of a knife and a glass of milk. Beat with a whisk until a light foam forms. Gradually adding a glass of sifted flour, continue to beat the dough, and at the end add another 250 milligrams of milk. Stir thoroughly so that there are no small lumps, and pour 1/4 teaspoon of soda with a pinch of citric acid. Let the dough stand for twenty minutes, and then add to it 2 tbsp. tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil. Fry in a traditional way in a pan.
- For each pancake, 1/3 of the usual size banana is used. It needs to be cleaned and cut into circles. On the spread pancake in the middle, spread the fruit slicing in a strip, on all four sides, wrap the edges in the center, forming a square, and then roll it with a roll.
- Prepare a chocolate sauce: heat a glass of cream and melt in them one hundred grams of dark chocolate, crushed into pieces. When it melts, add a tablespoon of oil, two tablespoons of liquor and, after thoroughly mixing, pour onto prepared pancakes.
If desired, you can prepare the filling in the style of "bannofi pie" - from condensed milk with cream. To do this, beat in a stable cream two hundred grams of cream, 70 grams of icing sugar and a little vanilla. Mash three bananas with a fork until mashed. Condensed milk is boiled until brown. - Two large and ripe bananas.
- 170 grams of cream.
- One spoonful of honey. If it is thick, then it should first be melted in a water bath, just do not overheat, otherwise honey will lose its useful properties.
- Two egg whites.
- According to one art. spoon of lemon juice and chopped nuts to sprinkle the finished dish.
- Vanilla sugar is used to flavor.
To make such a dessert from bananas, you need to whip all the ingredients except the proteins into a single mixture, which should slightly thicken. - thirty grams of gelatin soaked in a hundred grams of cold water.
Step cooking
This dessert is prepared from bananas without baking, and sand crumbs will act as the basis for the cake. So, grind cookies with a blender, mix with soft butter and coconut into a homogeneous mass. Cover the bottom of a round shape (preferably detachable) with parchment and spread the prepared base in it in the form of a layer, ramming it tightly with your fingers. Place the mold in the refrigerator for half an hour, so that the first layer of the cake has matured.

It’s quite convenient: to cook in the evening, and in the morning to have an amazing breakfast for the whole family. To prepare the casserole you will need:
- Three hundred grams of cottage cheese.
- Three ripe bananas.
- Three eggs.
- 150 grams of granulated sugar.
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour. If its presence is undesirable, then you can replace it with corn, which will give the dish a pleasant yellowish tint and a specific aftertaste.
- 160 grams of sour cream or heavy cream.
Peel the bananas and use a chopper to mash, add the cottage cheese and beat thoroughly again. Next, add eggs and sugar, you can have a little vanillin and again work with a blender. Then mix the sour cream and flour and mix well again, achieving a uniform consistency. Lightly grease the silicone mold, pour the prepared dough into it and bake in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees for an hour or a little more. When the baking time comes to an end, allow the casserole to cool right in the mold. If cooking takes place in the evening, then you can leave it until the morning. This dish is served with berry or chocolate sauce, you can also serve just with sour cream or fresh berries.

Many parents are concerned that children consume too many sweets and try to cook more proper, healthy meals for them. Of course, this is more difficult to do to celebrate a birthday or some other event, especially for children, when the kids are excitedly waiting for sweets. A dessert made from banana and chocolate, which is prepared in a matter of minutes, is good because, under a bright cover of chocolate, a fresh fruit is hidden with all its large-scale benefits for the body.
