This fish belongs to the salmon family, and therefore it can be safely called a delicacy. Like salmon, trout and salmon, chum salmon is rich in omega-3 acids, healthy fats and vitamins. And her taste is such that it completely excuses the market value of this fish. At least during the holidays, it’s worth treating yourself with a keta. Salmon with vegetables in sour cream

We cut the fish on filet. Head, tail, skin and fins can later be used to make soup. But we bake chum salmon in the oven, and therefore we cut the fillet into small cubes, pepper, salt, pour over lemon juice. After that, bread the fish slices in flour and fry until crust in vegetable oil. Three carrots, finely chop the onion, fry them over medium heat. Remove the peel from the tomatoes by scalding, add them to the pan, simmer. We grease the form with vegetable oil, put vegetables in one layer, and fish fillet on them. The top layer should also be tomatoes, carrots and onions. We dilute a glass of sour cream with the same amount of water, add salt and various seasonings. We fill in the chum salmon with this sauce and cook in the oven preheated to 200 Β° C for about 40 minutes.

In a greased form with vegetable oil, we put the fish, divided into four "washers". Sprinkle them with three tablespoons of white table wine, sprinkle with a pinch or two of salt. On top, lay out a layer of onion chopped in half rings. It, in turn, is covered with tomato puree made from two grated tomatoes. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs. The topmost layer is gouda cheese, shabby with large chips. We bake chum salmon in the oven for about twenty minutes at a temperature of 200 Β° C.

We spread on an baking sheet an aluminum sheet in such a way as to wrap it later on the chum from all sides. We put thin onion rings on the foil. We grind the carcass of the fish, cut it into pieces, put it on the onion, sprinkle with the juice half the lemon, salt and pepper. We cut three tomatoes in circles, spread on top of the fish. Wrap the foil so that the fat does not leak. We bake chum salmon in the oven for about half an hour at 180 Β° C. 5-8 minutes before turning it off, remove the pan and carefully open the aluminum bundle. This is done so that the top of the dish is browned. But you should make sure that the fish does not dry out, and the juice does not leak.

This recipe for chum salmon baked in the oven offers to serve it with cottage cheese sauce. It requires no less energy expenditure than the fish itself. So, peel one large or two medium fresh cucumbers, cut into small cubes. We also chop 1-2 pickled cucumbers, but do not cut off the skin from them. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, squeeze 3-4 cloves of garlic to them. Add cottage cheese yogurt, chopped dill and parsley, pepper and mix. We take the fish out of the oven, remove the foil completely, put it on the dish. Pour the sauce. Baked chum salmon (photo of fish you see above) can be cooked with some amendments. Tomatoes, bell peppers and basil give the dish an Italian touch. By the way, fish can be prepared with the same success in a baking sleeve.
