Italian-style meat with tomato sauce

You do not need so much time to prepare the dish. It will be needed only for pickling meat before cooking, so that its taste will be simply amazing. A pleasant aroma will spread throughout the house at the beginning of the process. You will need:

Beef brisket - 1.6 kg;

Dry white wine - 230 ml;

Rosemary - 3 branches;

Olive oil;

Tomatoes - 0.8 kg;

Garlic - 3 cloves;

Olives - 70 g;

Fresh basil;

Thyme;

Salt

Cut the meat into small pieces. Now soak the meat in a mixture of white wine and rosemary, then leave it for about an hour. After the specified time, the marinade must be drained, while leaving rosemary. Dry the meat, heat the pan and place the meat in it. At the same time, the pan should be deep so that there is enough space for the sauce. Now boil the water and place the tomatoes in it for a couple of minutes, then peel them and grind with a blender or grater. Now crush the garlic in tomato puree, add finely chopped basil, halved olives and thyme. Pour the cooked tomato sauce into the meat and simmer for about half an hour. The meat is ready in Italian! Serve with salads or pasta.

Italian Stew

This recipe takes a little time, but the result is worth it. The cooking process itself takes place on a small fire on the stove. So, the ingredients:

Beef meat - 1.3 kg;

Onion (preferably large) - a pair of heads;

Vegetable oil - half a glass;

Tomato sauce - a glass;

Salt - 1 tablespoon;

Wine vinegar - half a glass;

Carrots - a couple of pieces;

Potatoes - 5-6 pieces;

Tomatoes - a few pieces;

Greens, salt

First you need to cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add chopped garlic and salt to it. The meat must be cut into cubes and added to the pan in which the onion was fried. Then pour the meat with vinegar. When it boils, pour meat over red wine and stew a little. Now add the tomato sauce and a little water. The liquid should cover the meat completely. If the meat is not covered, add more water as needed. In this form, leave the dish to stew for about an hour. After the specified time, add chopped potatoes, then tomatoes, diced and chopped carrots in thin slices. Then leave to simmer for a couple of hours on the smallest fire. When the meat is ready in Italian, you need to decorate it with finely chopped greens. You can take a mixture of dill and parsley. Enjoy your meal!

Italian meat with parmesan

This cooking method is quite simple and also does not take much time. The meat is very soft and tasty. For its preparation, it is best to use a pork neck. So, the list of products:

Pork neck - 0.7 kg;

Tomatoes - a few pieces;

Parmesan cheese - 120 g;

Onion - 1 pc.;

Butter;

Mayonnaise;

Salt, spices

First you need to cut the neck into 5-6 small pieces. Then fry them in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. You can do this without oil to form a crust. Now we chop the onion rings and also fry in a pan, only with the addition of oil. Dice the tomato. We spread the meat on a baking sheet or baking dish, after which on top we spread onion, slices of tomato, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a little cheese. Now put in the oven and bake for about 46 minutes at 190 degrees. The baked meat turns out juicy and tasty.
